Maintenance Standards
Filtration Integrity
Filter bags must be inspected weekly. Small tears in the media allow fine dust into the turbine housing, where it acts as an abrasive on the impellers. We recommend keeping a spare set of filters on-site to allow for "Wash & Swap" rotation, ensuring no downtime during cleaning cycles.
Suction Loss Diagnostics
If suction drops at specific stalls, check for hose obstructions or worn cuffs. If suction is low across the entire site, verify the vacuum producer's VFD settings and inspect the primary separator seals. Air leaks at the tank door are the #1 cause of "ghost" suction loss.
Lubrication Cycles
Central producer bearings require precise lubrication every 500-1,000 hours depending on site volume. Over-greasing is as dangerous as under-greasing—refer to your specific model's technical manual for exact pump counts.
